I find that being able to customise the software to your own specific needs is great. The software does its job, but its ease of use is terrible and it is very cumbersome to setup new files. Payed for itself in first couple of years with amount of otherwise lost time that was able to be invoiced. We will utilise further features as we get use to the software over time. Excellent tool for tracking time and invoicing. Short learning curve and easy to implement in day to day. Opmerkingen: Version control of files and 12d projects over three separate offices has been improved dramatically. Synergy is very easy to use and it is already setup for engineering and architectural practices.
